Position Summary
The Billing Specialist will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to manage order execution, invoicing, and inventory-related transactions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate billing records and supporting smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Generate accurate invoices and credit memos through the ERP system
Review and revise purchase orders to ensure alignment with pricing and specifications
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and billing processes
Support accounts receivable through customer correspondence and follow-up
Assist the sales team with order entry, quote revisions, and CRM management
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of billing experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Primarily a sedentary role with occasional physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs.)
Requires regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers, etc.)
Work performed in a professional office, field, or shop setting with moderate noise levels
