Overview :
We are seeking a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls related to payments, policy changes, endorsements, inquiries, and cancellations. In this role, you'll support insureds, agents, and internal teams while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls regarding payments, endorsements, cancellations, and policy inquiriesProvide high-quality customer service to insureds, agents, and internal partnersProcess policy-level transactions within level of authorityDocument all customer interactions with accuracy and attention to detailParticipate in team tasks or projects as neededMaintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulationsRequired Qualifications :
