They are looking for an individual with experience in healthcare, higher education, commercial office or industrial manufacturing.

Superintendent Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Superintendent
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers in order to run the site efficiently and effectively
• Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract admin, etc.
