• 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Post-Partum experience required.

Description :

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.

Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.

Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the health care team.

Participates in identifying and resolving variances from patient goals and ensures the implementation of solutions.

Possesses clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit or department.

Demonstrates the ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.

Communicates effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.

A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
