Pay Rate : $40+ per hour, based on level of experience

A leading precision machining manufacturer is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support complex, high-tolerance component production. This role focuses on creating efficient CNC programs, designing fixtures, and optimizing machining processes for both new and existing products.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam (Gibbs or similar a plus).
• Design and build custom fixtures and tooling to improve efficiency.
• Plan setups, tooling, and machining strategies for production success.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and 3D models for accuracy.
• Collaborate with project and quality teams to meet delivery goals.
• Estimate time, material, and tooling costs for new jobs.
• Operate CNC equipment as needed to meet deadlines.
• Mentor operators and maintain a safe, organized work area.
