Itron is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Contract - Distribution Coordinator to support shipping and receiving operations. This role ensures the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintains records, and facilitates internal routing of materials. This is a part time contract role, 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Verify shipments against bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders
• Create bill of ladings for products shipped as non-Bill of material
• Confirm materials received match purchase order documentation
• Route incoming items to appropriate internal departments
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records
• Receive and stock finished goods and raw materials
• Ship materials using carrier systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS)
• Move materials between storage and production areas
• Enter warehouse transactions into Oracle ERP
• Deliver materials from building suppliers
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries

San Jose, CA : Base salary range : $25.00 - $57.69 per hour Final rate determined by skills and experience in accordance with non-discriminatory practices.
