Job Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team! As our Human Resources Assistant, you will be working with the Human Resources department to help record pertinent staff information and data, manage job board listings, schedule interviews, and onboard new staff. You will also assist in implementing wellness programs, answering questions about HR policies, filing documentation, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated. has previous human resources experience or knowledge, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Record data for employees, including addresses, earnings, sales documentation, time off, performance appraisals, and moreHandle recruiting, job board posting and responses, scheduling interviewing, and conducting basic onboarding for new employeesSupport HR staff with documentation, processing paperwork, and moreImplement and engage staff in wellness programs to support and promote a healthy lifestyleAnswer phones, relay messages, and manage staff questions on HR-related matters as neededPerform regular audits of documentationMaintain confidentiality of documentation and staff issues, as requiredQualifications
Excellent written and verbal communicationStrong customer service skillsFamiliarity with computer systems, including the Microsoft Office suiteStrong time management and organizational skillsFamiliarity with human resources protocols
