Russell Landscape is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader & Driver to join our High-End Residential Division . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of landscape technicians to deliver meticulous, high-quality maintenance services to some of the most beautiful residential and commercial properties in the area.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2–5 landscape maintenance team members.
• Drive and operate company trucks and trailers to transport crew, tools, and materials safely between job sites.
• Ensure all maintenance activities—mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and seasonal clean-ups—are completed to Russell Landscape’s quality standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate crew members in best horticultural practices and safety procedures.
• Monitor job progress, quality, and efficiency, ensuring all work is completed on schedule.
• Perform vehicle and equipment inspections and maintain compliance with safety and DOT regulations.
• Communicate clearly with clients, account managers, and team members regarding project details, updates, and special requests.
• Track and document work performed, materials used, and time on site accurately.
