Big Bear Restoration is looking for someone to join the team as a Mitigation Crew Chief.

The Crew Chief leads the job site and team to effectively and successfully complete water, fire and mold restoration projects in residential homes and commercial buildings. By providing quality and efficient work, you will become a part of the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.

You are the first responders onsite for water damage claims and you are responsible for beginning the claim process, determining the scope of work, performing demo as needed, daily monitoring and diary notes, and job closeout / customer satisfaction survey. Working in crews of two - technician and crew chief, you respond to service calls as needed and perform services as assigned. Communicate with the Office Staff and Managers to make sure all customer needs are met.
