Salary : $42k base salary, plus uncapped commission ($80k-$100k Year 1 OTE)

Our client is seeking an Outside Insurance Sales Representative to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in launching a career in insurance sales.
As part of our client’s dynamic team, you will be responsible for soliciting and selling new insurance coverage and renewals tailored to the commercial vehicle industry.
Job Responsibilities :
- Solicit insurance business from accounts through personal and phone contacts.
- Identify coverage needs and prepare price quotations for new and renewal customers.
- Complete contract documents and supporting paperwork to finalize insurance policies.
- Service existing accounts and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Manage client and prospect databases efficiently.
- Act as a public relations liaison for the agency, fostering positive relationships with clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with underwriters in the lines of business we offer.
- Coordinate insurance needs with truck sales staff to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience.
- Appropriate insurance license to sell physical damage, credit life, and other products required. Assistance provided in obtaining licenses if necessary.
