Position Summary
The Director - Industrial Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic industrial client acquisition and retention. This role is 100% commission-based and ideal for a high-performing leader who thrives in a performance-driven environment. The Director will lead initiatives to expand market presence, build long-term client relationships, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine, Athletic Training, or a related field; Master's preferred.
Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential required.
10+ years of experience in sports medicine or athletic training, with 5+ years in leadership.
Strong operational management skills, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
Proven ability to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to thrive in a commission-only environment.
