Warehouse Lead Forklift Operator

Pay : $22 - $25 per hour | Direct Hire

Schedule : 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Lead, guide, and support a team of forklift operators.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure operational efficiency.
• Train new team members on safety protocols and equipment use.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up, clamp, gas, or electric).
• Conduct daily safety checks and maintain clean, functional equipment.
• Safely move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pull, stage, and ship materials.
• Track inventory movement and assist with cycle count s.
• Ensure correct product types and quantities per shipment.
• Enforce OSHA standards and internal safety rules.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.
• Follow all GMPs and customer-specific loading requirements.
• Work closely with Customer Service and other department s.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
