Visiting Assistant Professor, Psychological Sciences

The Saint Mary's College Department of Psychological Sciences invites applications for a three-year Visiting Assistant Professor beginning Fall 2026. After the initial three-year contract, there may be an opportunity for conversion to a Tenure-Track Position.

Teaching, Research, and Service Expectations :

3 : 3 teaching load that includes a combination of Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods, Social Psychology, and other classes related to the candidate’s particular area of expertise Active engagement in scholarship, including supervision and mentoring of  undergraduate student research projects Advising students on classes and graduation requirements, and other departmental service as needed Qualifications :

Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field. Candidates who are A.B.D. will be considered Teaching experience preferred Interest in mentoring undergraduate student research For the initial application, please submit the following materials :
