As we continue to expand with new projects, we are seeking experienced Project Managers to help lead construction, renovation, and development efforts.

• Oversee full-cycle construction projects including ground-up builds and remodels
• ??????????????????????????
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and local authorities to ensure code compliance
• ???????????????????
• Monitor schedules, control costs, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• ???????????????????
• Manage permitting, inspections, and ensure safety and regulatory standards
• ??????????????????????
• Partner with operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and post-project support
• ???? Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of construction or project management experience, 1+ years leading commercial projects
• ??????????????????????
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail is strongly preferred

• Familiar with California or Texas construction codes and permitting
• ???????????????Procore?AutoCAD?Excel??
• Proficient in project management software like Procore, MS Project, and budget tools
• ??????????????????
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English for seamless communication across teams
