A company is looking for a Director of Sales (Northeast).
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, develop, and manage a team of sales representatives while executing sales processes and go-to-market campaigns
Build and maintain strategic customer and manufacturer relationships to drive business growth
Forecast team sales, set sales goals, and manage a sales pipeline while identifying and removing roadblocks
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of B2B sales and sales management experience
Proven ability to drive and manage a high-performance sales team
Bachelor's degree in math, science, business, engineering, or relevant experience
Experience in business-to-business, relationship-solution sales
Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM and good understanding of Microsoft Excel
