As the Microsoft Dynamics Finance Implementation Manager, you will oversee our ERP project from a financial perspective, ensuring alignment with financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements.

What will the Microsoft Dynamics Finance Implementation Manager do?

• Lead and manage the financial aspects of the ERP implementation project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide expertise in financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure the ERP system supports these requirements and implement necessary controls and processes.
• Prepare the organization for financial audits by establishing processes and documentation meeting auditing standards.
• Identify opportunities for improving financial processes through the ERP implementation.
• Streamline financial operations, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the change management team to develop and deliver training programs for end-users in the finance department.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring the ERP implementation stays within budget.
• Ensure the ERP system generates accurate and timely financial reports and analytics needed for decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience needed for the Microsoft Dynamics Finance Implementation Manager :

• Proven experience as a Financial Accounting Manager or similar role with expertise in financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with financial processes.
• Experience implementing ERP systems ( 2+ implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX)
• Exceptional project management skills, including budget and timeline management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in change management, project management, and training is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or relevant professional certification is highly desirable but not required
