Job descriptionFlexible Schedule : Embrace a work schedule with regular hours, occasional Saturday mornings, and early morning or early evening meetings. Holistic Patient Care : Play a crucial role in obtaining complete medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests to ensure comprehensive patient care. Collaborative Environment : Work closely with our renowned physicians to provide diagnostic and treatment services, fostering a collaborative and engaging clinical teaching environment. Patient-Centric Care : Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized care plans in accordance with practice protocols, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. Valued Contribution : As an advanced practice provider, you will be a vital member of our clinical practice with physician collaboration and active participation. Patient-Centered Care : Enjoy longer patient appointments with 20 / 40 minute durations, allowing you to build meaningful connections. Join our busy Family Medicine practice, where you'll have the opportunity to : Collaborate with both physicians and advanced practice providers. Work with your own independent panel of patients. Utilize a state-of-the-art facility with specialty practices nearby, streamlining services for our patients, including radiology, laboratory, cardiac, sports, PT, OB, and urology services. Experience the convenience of Epic as the Electronic Medical Record system. To thrive in this role, you must have : NYS licensed / registered NP, with a specialty area of certification consistent with our practice. NPI number and Medicare Enrollment with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) or eligibility for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Preferred : 3-5 years of previous NP experience in primary care outpatient.
