As a Security Officer - Chemical Site - Access Control in Texas City, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical / Petrochemical and more.
As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in supporting security-related operations at a leading chemical and petrochemical location. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, helping to deter incidents, and managing access points to maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. You will interact with a diverse range of individuals, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while utilizing technology such as computers or tablets. Pay Rate : $14.94 / Hour
What You\'ll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activities.Maintain detailed and accurate records of access control activities, incidents, and other security-related events as required by site policies.Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and contractors to address questions related to access control and site procedures.Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment at the location.What We\'re Looking For :
