Job Summary
We are seeking a Part Time Candidate that can wash dishes, do deep cleaning activities in the kitchen, dining room, patio, and also do simple kitchen prep tasks when needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes brought in by the bussers and unloading clean dishes.
You will also be doing general cleaning tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager. The ideal candidate is hardworking and reliable! If youre looking for an opportunity to get started in the restaurant industry, reach out today!
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties, as assigned, such as : deep cleaning equipment, deep cleaning refrigeration and hot boxes, cleaning parking lot, scrubbing floors for mopping, cleaning staircases, and other cleaning tasks as required.
Remove food from plates and kitchen pots, pans, utensils
- Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
- Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Participate in team meetings
- Simple kitchen prep tasks when asked

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and bending repeatedly, lifting 30 lbs above your head, cleaning while crouched or on your knees to get hard to reach places.
