This position will be based on-site at our Las Vegas, Nevada location.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.

We’re looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.

Qualifications :

1-2 years of experience in an inbound contact center or face to face customer service  or similar customer service role

Effective, demonstrable computer skills (beyond basic keyboarding) and understanding of telephone etiquette
