Senior Manager Inbound Operations

We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and operationally-minded Senior Manager to drive Inbound Operations efficiency through process and labor optimization. This role will be responsible for delivering workforce efficiency and operational excellence across multiple sub-functions including Receiving, Authentication, Photography, Retouching, Customer Returns, and Quality.

As a key cross-functional partner to Operations leaders, Finance, People, Product, and Business Intelligence teams, you will help shape operations & workforce strategy while enabling real-time, data-informed decision making at both the strategic and executional levels.

Workforce Strategy & Planning

• Design and implement short- and long-range workforce strategy to drive unit processing cost and SLA (time) efficiency
• Develop forecasting models based on throughput expectations, seasonal supply fluctuations, and SLA goals
• Develop function-based labor models that align headcount to business initiatives across all Inbound Operations
• Own weekly and monthly operational labor reviews with senior stakeholders, highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities to optimize labor planning and execution
• Champion standard work and SOP alignment across sites to improve scalability and performance consistency

The expected salary range for this role is $120,000.00-$145,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
