Job Summary And Qualifications

Position Summary The Supply Chain Director's responsibility is to lead strategic planning, ongoing operations, optimization, and enhancements for all ROi Supply Chain systems to meet performance and functional requirements of the business. This broad responsibility includes developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap, design documents, policies, standards, and operational SOPs for each application as well as the interfaces that connect them. The position must develop and execute project plans, cost estimates, and process improvement efforts and is measured against them. The position is the highest-level architect of the Supply Chain systems in its broadest sense, including application, operations, technical, data, and business architecture disciplines and is expected to develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices. The position leads the team and coordinates through knowledge, experience, and expertise in business operations, application functionality, processes, workflows, data, and required organizational capabilities. The position must direct the team and interact with, and influence both internal and external resources from software vendors, ROi, customers, and senior leadership.
