Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros, recruiting, coaching, and mentoring to meet sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations.
- Inspire and motivate teams to exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
- Exemplify a player-coach approach by setting sales and training standards for top performance in your market.
- Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top-quality talent across all assigned locations.
Qualifications
Two years of experience in sales with consistent achievement of sales objectives.Prior leadership experience preferred.Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organization.Benefits
