Responsibilities :

  • Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the companys financial status
  • Track current financial data to alert stakeholders in case of deviation
  • Evaluate capital expenditures and de pre ciation
  • Develop pre dictive financial models to support organizational decision-making
  • Analyze processes to identify areas in which greater efficiency can be realized
  • Study industry-specific research, best-in-class practices and available data to pre dict trends and help inform leadership decision-making
  • Create reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet organizational goals, including annual business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts
  • Assist in month end, quarter end and year end closing process, ensuring transactions are in accordance with GAAP
  • Participate in annual budget process and cost saving activities in cooperation with finance team members and department heads
  • Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by management
  • Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree, pre ferably with a major in finance, economics or statistics, masters degree pre ferred
  • Proven experience working as a financial analyst
  • Proven proficiency in s pre adsheets, databases and financial software applications
  • Excellent reporting, data visualization, pre senting and communication skills
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
  • Ability to work with large datasets
  • Strategic thinking and organizational skills
  • Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Knowledge of corporate finance, information analysis and financial diagnosis pre ferred
