About the Role
The Company is actively looking for a Director of Creative Strategy to join their dynamic team. As a senior leader within the in-house agency, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic vision across all brand touchpoints, ensuring that our creative output aligns with business objectives. This role involves the oversight of developing and executing comprehensive, insight-driven strategies for 360 campaigns, which encompass traditional, digital, social, and content marketing initiatives.
As the Director of Creative Strategy, you will build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of creative strategists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and thought leadership. We seek candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in creative strategy, brand planning, or communications strategy within an advertising or marketing agency. A proven track record in leading strategic vision across integrated, multi-channel campaigns is essential.
Key qualifications include strong expertise in communications planning, creative briefing, and brand storytelling, alongside exceptional skill in translating cultural insights, research, and data into compelling creative strategies. Outstanding leadership skills, excellent client-facing abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across disciplines in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. As the Director of Creative Strategy, you will also represent the agency's strategic and creative capabilities during new business pitches and contribute to industry thought leadership initiatives.
