Job Title : Office Service Coordinator (Private Equity)
Reports To : The Office Service Coordinator will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.
SPS is seeking an Office Service Coordinator for a leading global private equity firm. This Receptionist welcomes all visitors and colleagues alike. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and have a passion for service. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this individual will deliver a seamless, high‑touch experience that reflects the firm’s commitment to professionalism and exceptional hospitality. This role combines reception duties, hospitality, and light administrative support to ensure a world‑class experience for both employees and guests.
Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all clients and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Typical Work Schedule : Mondays to Fridays 7 : 30 AM to 5 PM
