AI and Innovation Systems Specialist

We're looking for a hands-on AI & Innovations Product Specialist who can help scale our AI and innovation initiatives across creative and media technology workflows. This person will be supporting the entire enterprise and all internal groups. This person bridges implementation and structured delivery - someone who can both architect and execute rapid prototypes while managing pilots and stakeholder alignment.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple AI and automation pilots from concept through deployment
• Translate creative and business requirements into technical architectures and build plans
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to integrate tools and optimize workflows
• Contribute to light development, prototyping, and integration testing when needed
• Create documentation and concise updates for leadership visibility
