We are seeking a full-time General Surgeon  to join our team in Easton, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, community-based hospital setting with access to advanced resources, including robotics.

Job Description

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

• Shared call rotation with surgical team
• Dedicated OR block time
• General surgery practice with opportunities to perform robotic-assisted procedures
• Collaborative environment with strong primary care and specialty referrals
• Support from a respected, well-established regional health system

Annual salary : $485,406.00 . “The posted compensation reflects the range based on current median MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physician’s experience, training, and qualifications”

Other Compensation : generous sign-on package, including your choice of a $20,000–$25,000 sign-on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year. We also offer relocation assistance up to $10,000 and a competitive production bonus—all designed to support your transition and long-term success.
