Seeking Cardiothoracic Surgeon | Live and Work near the beach!

Tidal Health Peninsula Regional, located in Salisbury Maryland, is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our surgical practice. We are looking for either a new graduate that will learn and grow or an experienced surgeon that will work alongside of our team that has been providing the highest standards of cardiac, structural heart and thoracic surgery to this community for over 50 years.

Practice Summary

• High volume sharing team comprising about 80% cardiac and 20% thoracic.
• 400-500 cardiac cases per year (including TAVR), 100 robotic lobectomies per year
• Three surgeons are currently practicing with one relocating.
• The team is supported by 8 APPs in the office and OR.
• Advanced cardiothoracic technology with minimally invasive DaVinci robotic thoracic procedures, Convergent procedure for atrial fibrillation, surgeon led TAVR and mitral clip programs and many others.
• Two dedicated cardiothoracic OR rooms supported by dedicated OR team and cardiac anesthesiologists.
• One clinic day per week with occasional rotation to the Multidisciplinary Thoracic Oncology and Structural Heart clinics.
• Call is every 3
