Personal Lines Customer Service Representative - Insurance Brokerage Firm Base Salary to 75k / year -Hewlett, NY
Our client, a sixth-generation insurance brokerage firm, has an immediate need for a skilled Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team.
They provide a comprehensive range of both commercial and personal insurance products and risk management solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Enter customers into EPIC
- Process endorsements for new business and excess lines
- Enter quotes and marketing
- Follow up with expiration lists and request renewals from wholesalers
- Assist Account Executives with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of insurance experience
- Experience with EPIC agency management system a plus
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
Compensation :
- Base salary up to 75k / year depending on experience
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, PTO, Paid Holidays
- 3 days in office, 2 days remote
