• Up to 75th% Salary - Experiential Based

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Hospitalist (HOSP)

• Ten (10) Days of Twelve (12) Hour Shifts Monthly
• Day Shifts Only
• 25 Bed Hospital - Level IV ED
• Average (6) Inpatients to Round on Per Shift

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Hospitalist (HOSP)

• BLS, ACLS, PALS. BE / BC in Family Medicine
• Able to obtain WI Licensure
• Relocation to Community NOT Required

COMMUNITY Hospitalist (HOSP)

• Situated between cities of Eau Claire and La Crosse
• Located in Wisconsin's Driftless Region
• Explore Miles of Wilderness Trails - Black River State Forest & Jackson County Forest.
• Year 'round Fun - River Rafting / Tubing, Mountain Biking, Snowmobiling, Nordic Skiing, Horseback Riding.
