Job Description
Operations Specialist wanted for busy compounding pharmacy in Cary. Duties include : packaging medications for shipping via US Mail, Fed Ex and courier (80% of job), ordering and maintaining packaging materials, answering phones and staffing the front desk when needed.
Applicants should possess self-direction, attention to detail, ability to type 40 wpm, be able to lift up to 40lbs, as well as experience dealing with the public and the ability to operate a personal computer and other electronic equipment.
Qualified applicants should also demonstrate problem solving skills, effective communication, self-motivation and a positive attitude.
Requirements :
- Applicants will possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving and / or pharmacy is a plus.
- Drug test and criminal background check required.
- Must have valid driver's license.
What We Offer :
- Work hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 : 30am 5 : 30pm (1 hour lunch), some overtime and weekends may be required but is rare.
