Required Hours:PRNMondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 6:30pm along with other class coverage as needed.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Provides yoga instruction in fitness and/or education classes to all age levels from pediatric to geriatric. Individual presents health education information and aids in development of new yoga and wellness related programs.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma and RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher w/200 hrs) from a Registered Yoga School, confirmed by Yoga Alliance.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 200 hours of experience (RYT 200 or RSY 200), confirmed by Yoga Alliance.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
Certification in CPR required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Yoga certification with Yoga Alliance is required.
Education or experience in health and fitness is preferable.
