Job Title : Registered Nurse

Ventilator management experience

Description :

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit.

The position involves working with patients facing severe health challenges.

Responsibilities include providing critical care and monitoring of patients.

Candidates must have experience in a general ICU setting.

Floating between units may be required based on patient needs.

The daily patient ratio is typically 1 : 2 or 1 : 1.

Primary patient diagnoses include sepsis, respiratory failure, traumatic brain injury, and multi-system organ failure.

Skills in arterial line management and care of ventilated patients are essential.

Candidates should also be familiar with managing IV medication and performing procedural sedation.

Support from interdisciplinary teams such as therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams will be available.
