CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer – Siemens NX

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with strong experience in 3, 4, and 5-axis milling to join our growing precision manufacturing team. This role focuses on developing efficient, high-quality programs using Siemens NX for a variety of complex components across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities :

Interpret technical drawings, specs, and models to develop CNC programs

Create and optimize toolpaths for multi-axis milling operations

Select tools, feeds, and speeds based on material and machine capabilities

Design fixturing and document set-ups, tooling, and process steps

Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and vendors to improve productivity and quality

Maintain program documentation and stay current with CAD / CAM best practices

Qualifications :

8+ years in a manufacturing environment

5+ years programming 3-axis mills using Siemens NX (4 / 5-axis preferred)

Experience with GD&T and ISO or AS9100 quality standards

Familiarity with MRP systems; lathe programming, AutoCAD, or Mastercam experience a plus
