Responsibilities

Claims Support : Provide guidance and support to clients through the claims process, ensuring efficient and timely resolutions.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented appropriately.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and insurance industry regulations.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients to foster a loyal customer base.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
