Business Analyst Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst position for our client in Piscataway, NJ. Duration : 12 months Key Responsibilities : Analyze and document business requirements for mortgage and financial processes. Identify process improvements and risk mitigation strategies. Develop reports, dashboards, and tools for financial decision-making. Support system enhancements, testing, and implementation. Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Required Skills & Qualifications : 10+ years as a Business Analyst with experience in mortgage processes, financial data, and accounting systems. Strong accounting knowledge, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance understanding. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with accounting systems and data analysis tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. CPA or other relevant certifications a plus. Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
