Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

PGS Worldwide is actively seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in support of critical aerospace and defense operations. This role will serve as a key part of the Enterprise Services Facilities organization, leveraging data-driven insights and advanced analytics to support informed business decisions and process improvement across multiple functional areas.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical development experience, is fluent in Power BI, Python, and SQL, and enjoys turning complex datasets into clear, actionable visualizations. This is a hands-on developer role ideal for candidates who thrive in both autonomous and collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize and analyze large datasets for strategic insights
• Design and implement Python-based ETL processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and availability
• Continuously optimize and enhance existing BI dashboards, tools, and data pipelines for performance and scalability
• Collaborate across facilities teams including project management, sustainability, and engineering to ensure BI tools align with operational needs
• Create and maintain documentation for BI tools, data workflows, and dashboard logic
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying trends, uncovering inefficiencies, and presenting strategic recommendations
• Analyze data trends, patterns, and variances to support operational and strategic business decisions
