US Tech Solutions is hiring : Mixed Method UX Researcher in New York

Job Description

As a UX Researcher, you will conduct independent research, analyze real user behavior and work with Designers, Product Managers and Engineers to improve product for business users. Your research will be a key driver in making projects successful, and you are encouraged to find new opportunities for improving product UX.

Responsibilities

• Drive user centered product strategy through close partnerships with Research, Design, and our product partners (PMs and Eng).
• Work closely with executive stakeholders to understand top of mind questions and define and scope research to answer those questions.
• Define the roadmap of research for foundational and strategic work across product pillars.
• Collaborate with various functions & multiple teams across PA’s.
