Job description

Role Overview :

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing key accounts, and leading a growing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network, proven leadership skills, and a track record of success in the food and beverage space.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth goals.
  • Lead and expand a team of regional sales managers and account executives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with major retail and distribution partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and guide product positioning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • 8+ years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role with team management responsibilities.
  • Strong network in retail, grocery, and food service sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
