A company is looking for a Loan Officer to guide clients through the mortgage loan process.

Key Responsibilities

Source and originate residential mortgage loans while negotiating loan terms

Manage the full loan application process and collaborate with in-house teams for timely loan progression

Build and maintain a professional network to generate new business and develop marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing

2+ years of recent experience in retail mortgage loan origination / sales

Proven track record of successful loan origination with a referral-based business

Extensive knowledge of residential loan programs and mortgage lending regulations

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyze complex data
