Physical Requirements :
Sitting for long periods of time. Loading, packing, and unloading items with care. Lifting / pushing / pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
Shift :
Flexible with limited weekend / evening commitments. Business hours for the Office of Philanthropy & Alumni are M-F 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
Job Summary :
Assisting with Office of Philanthropy & Alumni events and communications, including support for Good Barn activities, mailers, donor stewardship pieces, and social media. Responsibilities include project development, design, data collection, and distribution as needed. Additional duties involve event material preparation, registration, setup and teardown, as well as light administrative support such as greeting guests, updating records, assisting with mail projects, managing phone calls, running errands, and other related tasks.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities :
Customer service experience preferred. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop) and UK platforms (Qualtrics, Salesforce) is a plus. Demonstrates strong knowledge of the College and its stakeholders, along with excellent time management, independence, and flexibility in handling impromptu tasks.
