Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team here at Ledcor Technical Services. Reporting to the General Manager Operations, Business Field Services, the Operations Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and analyzing the organization's financial and operational performance. This role will focus on profit and loss statements, cost analyses, understanding probabilities, trends, and distributions, and analyzing quantitative data to drive business improvements. Essential Responsibilities :

• Monitor financial and operational performance trends
• Perform cost analyses, including expenses, Overtime Pay, and Field Dispatch Premium Pay
• Draw conclusions and make recommendations to stakeholders to highlight opportunities and mitigate risks
• Review and analyze profit and loss statements for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Identify financial levers to improve key processes or structures
• Analyze probabilities, trends, and distributions to provide business performance insights
• Ensure daily reporting matches production time, including reviewing Overtime pay and Field Dispatch Premium pay
• Advise on business and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure accuracy of expense coding and validate expenses before billing customers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (VP, General Manager, Directors, etc.)
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
