Your Opportunity : Taylor Corporation is looking for a Receptionist / AR Support / Production Support to complete our Precision Press team.

Your Responsibilities : Managing incoming calls, greeting guests, supporting our Accounts Receivable team, maintaining an acceptable level of quality through set standards, maintaining an acceptable level of production through set standards, professional verbal and written communication skills to relay customer information internally, coordinating for sales support, and perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Your Shift : Monday Friday | 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

You Must Have : Eagerness to learn, strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving skills, ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment, good (English) written communication skills, ability to see effects of decisions on the customer, ability to stay focused and stay on task, work independently.

We Would Also Prefer : Working knowledge of Microsoft software, high school diploma or equivalent.
