Head of Technology

A company is looking for a Head of Technology.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and build the AI and automation backbone of the company

Deploy, evaluate, and monitor ML / LLM systems in production

Build and lead a small technical team as the platform scales

Required Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2-3 years in ML systems

Expertise in Python and experience with backend frameworks and MLOps tools

Experience deploying models on cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS

Familiarity with LLM orchestration or multi-agent frameworks

Demonstrated ability to lead and scale small teams (5-10 engineers)
