Business Resiliency Operations Associate

You will join the Firmwide Business Resiliency who is responsible for ensuring the adequacy of the Firmwide Resiliency Program in the event of disruptive events.
On this team you'll have the great opportunity of working with key business and support partners. This team is responsible for providing corporate governance, awareness and training.
In addition, strategic and decision support is provided for the various business activities as well as long term initiatives.
As a business resiliency associate in our corporate sector, you will support the resiliency's expanding book of work. In this role your main responsibility will be to provide operational support for the business resiliency applications by working closely with stakeholders across all lines of businesses.
Job Responsibilities Provide a central point of contact for users of the Resiliency Platforms including Help Desk, Access Administration, User Training, Release Management, and User Communications - Issue and Inquiry Resolution Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of the Business Resiliency Platforms including LOB partners, application development, technology production support, and offshore support teams.
- Relationship Management Understand process workflow, data flow, application design, and business resiliency concepts to support stakeholders in application support and release testing activities.
- Process & Data Analysis Assemble metrics, KPIs, and status reports for the management team. This process includes identifying, explaining, and assessing key performance metrics.
- Management Reporting and Metrics Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities : Ability to work collaboratively with all business, operations and technology partners to provide superior user experience and support Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills Capable of working independently in a fast-moving environment Detail oriented and precise Superior verbal and written communication skills 3 years in an operations or user services role
