Senior Analyst

Produce accurate financial reporting and conduct variance, KPI, and performance analysis across the portfolio.

Support budgeting, forecasting, underwriting, and due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.

Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure data accuracy, proper expense allocation, and effective financial controls.

Perform market research, evaluate capital projects, and develop scenario models to guide strategic decisions.

Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend initiatives to improve revenue, reduce costs, and enhance overall asset performance.
