About us
Suarez Bakery & Barra is a bakery and Cuban-inspired counter service spot in Charlotte's Optimist Hall dealing in pastries, sammies, coffees, and good times.
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, and ensuring that all orders are prepared in a timely manner. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining inventory. English / Spanish bilingual is preferred.
Must be ServSafe certified (or able to become certified) and available mornings and afternoons.

Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
