Fuels Accountant (FA)
Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC is currently recruiting for a full-time (40 hours per week) Fuels Accountant (FA) at Columbus AFB, Columbus, Mississippi. This position may work up to 40 hours a week and some evenings and weekends.
Duties / Responsibilities : Must demonstrate commercial or military / government experience in performing fuel inventory accounting tasks equivalent to Military Service journeyman fuels accountant personnel. The Fuels Accountant (FA) is responsible for reviewing inventory records, measurements, calculations, and documentation; preparing and inputting inventory data; preparing reports; checking for discrepancies and performing research; presenting findings and reports to applicable management for review and acceptance; etc. Must be familiar with FMD and EPOS. Plans and writes REPOL reports, stays familiar with instructions / regulations pertaining to fueling and defueling of DoD and civilian aircraft, and forms used to document aircraft fuel servicing. Complies with all technical and safety procedures related to fuel handling operations. Assists in training newly assigned personnel. Ensures compliance with environmental, occupational safety, and security programs.
