A company is looking for a Manager, Labor Relations - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Implement labor relations programs and policies, including employee grievance procedures and training
Support trade union negotiations and lead disciplinary processes in collaboration with HR
Conduct workplace investigations, mediate labor disputes, and prepare reports for senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree in HR or Labor Relations preferred
5+ years of experience in labor / employee relations within a multi-union organization
In-depth knowledge of US employment / labor laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS HR / LR software and data analysis tools
Experience in the Nuclear, Energy, Manufacturing, or Construction industries preferred
